Stupidly went out in my summer suit without the arms but luckily had my steamer with me as well so struggled into that halfway through the session because I was getting ice cream arms. Its great having wednesday afternoons off work to go windsurfing, it gives me a midweek buzz.

Anyway, shitty wind really to be honest, was very much offshore from the launch point so made getting back an ass thats for sure. The wind seemed to keep changing direction slightly as well and whereas it wasn't what you could say gusty it did blow in dribs and drabs, certainly not enough to harness up on continually but sometimes it was. Anyway my arms are a killin me, feels like I've arm wrestled king kong :(. Good session? not really.
